Door jam
Hi all! We had Harper back to the dr office a couple of days ago for a cold. Well, it turned out not to be a cold at all just a measley little viral infection (no wonder piper and i and kyle are also not feeling the greatest). He is almost all the way better already, thank heavens and we all are actually feeling much better. Harper is getting so big! In only 2 weeks he has almost gained a whole pound. He now weighs 14lbs and 8oz! As most of you know we bought our first home last august but, Kyle got to christin it last week. It was so cute I wish I had thought of it. He grabbed Piper and took her to the doorway entering our kitchen and marked her height on the door jam. Something that my parents always did with me but, I just never thought of it I guess. I am so excited to watch our children grow on the door jam of our home! Well, until next time love and kisses to all!

update on Piper and Harper
Hello all this is Alisha. I hope you all have been great! We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! Kyle and I got a date night and we had a great brunch with Bob and Liz and an awesome dinner with my dad and step mom. We took Harper to the dr last week and the nurse couldn't believe he was the same kid. He was 13lbs and 11oz and has already grown 2 full inches in length!!! Wow they grow up soooo fast!! We are really looking forward to vacation coming up next month and are trying to get Piper enrolled in some swim lessons before we go! I can't believe she will be 3 in less than a month! I am going to try to post some new pics on here for all of you in the next couple of days if I can figure out how. Anyhow, until next time love and kisses to all!!

We are giving this a try!
Hi All! After a short discussion last night Petra and I decided it might be a good idea to start a blog about our families and the progress of our children. We hope this can become a tool for all of our loved ones to communicate with us and watch our families grow.
